Why This Resource Exists
Alabama law generally provides public access to many government records, but one arrest can produce records held by several offices. The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office creates the county-jail booking record and photograph, operates the current roster, and publishes a short release view. The county and city courts document what happens after booking. A person later sentenced to state custody belongs in the Alabama Department of Corrections search, not the county roster. This site brings those official routes, practical lookup steps, and request options together without copying or hosting their records.
